When should I book Umrah?
Two to three months ahead for most of the year, and earlier for Ramadan and the school holidays, when rooms near the Haram fill first.
Are the hotels close to the Haram?
We offer hotels at different distances and prices, and tell you how far each one is from the Haram before you choose.
Can elderly parents travel with us?
Yes. Tell us when you book and we ask the airlines for wheelchair assistance and choose hotels with easy access.
What does ziyarat include?
Visits by coach to the historic places in and around Makkah and Madinah, arranged as part of your package.
Can we travel as a family or a group?
Yes. Families and groups travel on the same flights and stay in the same hotel, with rooms for three or four where available.
